Terms of service
Shipping: Orders are processed Monday - Friday and dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Processing: UK orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Excluding special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
Returns: All sales are final. We do not offer returns. Items purchased will only be eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock levels, but store credit is. Items must be shipped within 14 working days, with tracking and insurance as we are not liable for lost parcels.
Worldwide shipping: 7-10 business days
USA: 7-10 business days
We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid custom fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process in your country.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of the courier. All claims must be filed with the respective parcel service that is delivering your package.
Shipping - Please verify that your shipping is correct when ordering and contains the right door/apartment number. For issues and claims with delivery of your package contact the courier's customer service and open a parcel dispute with them. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day their parcel is due to be delivered.
